At Sobha Ki Rasoi, every order is freshly handmade after receiving your order to maintain authentic taste, freshness, and quality.

Because our products are food items and made-to-order handmade products, we do not accept returns or exchanges once the order has been delivered.

Refund Eligibility

Refunds will only be applicable in the following cases:

• If the order is not delivered.
• If the order is lost during transit.
• If the wrong item is delivered.

Non-Refundable Situations

We do not offer refunds or returns for:

• Change of mind after ordering
• Taste preferences
• Delay caused due to courier service or incorrect address provided by customer
• Opened or consumed products
